SpaCrete Limited Warranty

Every SpaCrete Signature Series bathtub is handcrafted with precision and backed by our limited warranty.

Coverage Period

  • 5-Year Limited Warranty – Residential Use
  • 3-Year Limited Warranty – Commercial / Multi-Family Use
  • Coverage begins on the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

SpaCrete warrants your bathtub against defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential or commercial use, when:

  • The tub is installed according to SpaCrete installation instructions
  • The unit is water-tested prior to final installation
  • The bathtub is installed in a climate-controlled indoor environment

If a covered defect occurs, SpaCrete will repair or replace the product.

Important Installation Requirements

  • The bathtub must be water-tested before final installation
  • Adequate structural support is required for a full and occupied tub
  • Drain and overflow installation is the responsibility of the installer
  • Access must be provided for service

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or lack of water testing
  • Damage caused during shipping, installation, or handling
  • Normal wear and tear (minor chips, scratches, surface marks)
  • Damage from improper cleaning products or chemical exposure
  • Structural failure due to inadequate floor support
  • Removal, reinstallation, or access costs
  • Incidental or consequential damages

Due to the handcrafted nature of SpaCrete bathtubs, natural variations in color, tone, and surface character are expected and are not considered defects.

Warranty Registration

Warranty registration must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
