About SpaCrete
Sculptural Concrete. Designed and Made in Toronto.
SpaCrete is a Toronto-based design studio specializing in luxury freestanding concrete bathtubs and custom architectural concrete fixtures.
Founded in 2020 by designer and engineer Kyle Graham, SpaCrete was born from a desire to create without compromise. What began as a material exploration evolved into a focused practice: redefining concrete as a refined, sculptural medium for high-end interiors.
We operate as a low-volume design house where each piece is conceived, engineered, and fabricated in-house with meticulous attention to detail, using 98% locally sourced materials.
We do not use conventional concrete. Our proprietary high-performance material is densely engineered for strength, refined to an exceptionally smooth tactile finish, and optimized for structural efficiency.
Because every bathtub is engineered here in Canada, structural performance and detailing are resolved from the beginning. This allows us to reduce unnecessary mass and integrate features such as seamless overflow systems directly into the form — without compromising sculptural clarity.
While best known for our luxury freestanding concrete bathtubs, we also collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and private clients to create custom vanities, integrated sinks, countertops, and concrete elements that align precisely with their architectural vision. Each project is approached with the same rigor, discipline, and refinement as our core collection.
With a background in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Kyle approaches each design with structural clarity and precision — ensuring geometry, weight, comfort, and performance work together seamlessly.
SpaCrete exists at the intersection of design, engineering, and art.
We create functional sculpture — built to anchor a space.
The Bathtub, Reimagined
The freestanding concrete bathtub has often been associated with weight and industry.
We saw the opportunity to elevate it.
Each SpaCrete bathtub is designed so that its geometry delivers bold forms without unnecessary mass.
“The goal was to use a substantial and modern material to deliver bold forms to an overlooked function and establish the bathtub as the centerpiece within a deserving and carefully considered space. The geometries of each piece are not only aesthetically striking but are fundamental to its ability to be light and strong. Harmony between mass, comfort, aesthetics, and strength has been tirelessly sought. The refined interior angles wrap you in a warm embrace, and the smooth yet organically tactile surfaces instill complete relaxation for an unparalleled experience.”
