Questions
How does ordering work?
Approved members place orders directly with the studio and are invoiced in writing. Catalogue models are paid at order; custom work is deposit-based, with the schedule set out in the quote. Preferred pricing is non-transferable, and nothing is cast until the quote and any colour work are approved in writing.
Can you provide documentation for submittals?
Yes. Published dimensions and weight data are on this page, and project-specific questions are answered in writing. Custom commissions carry full shop drawings with plan views, elevations, and rough-in locations, shared through our private client portal.
What are the lead times?
Catalogue timing is posted on the shipping and delivery page, and custom timing is covered on the custom work page. Every quote states the working schedule for the specific piece.
Do you work with US projects?
Yes. Every piece ships crated throughout Canada and the continental US, with freight quoted separately for the specific site. Cross-border duties and customs are the purchaser's responsibility and are stated on the quote. Arrival-day details are on the shipping and delivery page.
Do you sell through showrooms or dealers?
SpaCrete sells direct from the Toronto studio. Dealer and showroom conversations are welcome through the same application; choose the dealer option and we will follow up.
