Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Bathtubs may be in stock or made to order, and are shipped within 6-8 weeks of order placement.

**We are currently experiencing supply chain issues and orders will be extended to 8-10 weeks temporarily. 

Packaging:

  • Bathtubs are wrapped in plastic, protected with foam, secured to a wood skid and protected by a wooden outer frame/crate.

Shipping:

  • SpaCrete does not offer free shipping due to the nature of our products. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where:

  • SpaCrete ships to Canada and continental USA, except for Yukon, Iqaluit, NWT, and Alaska
  • If you live in a remote area, please contact us prior to shipping. Rates to remote areas are subject to change.
  • For shipping destinations not automatically covered, contact us and we will organise special shipping

  • Ferry Freight Fees: We reserve the right to assess an additional $150 ferry fee for any orders that require a ferry service

Taxes, Duties, and Customs:

  • Any incurred duties, taxes, or custom fees will be at the purchasers expense
